Empowering Hearts, Enriching Lives

Hi!  I’m Rana, and I'm an adventurer at heart, a passionate seeker, a lifelong learner, a yoga teacher, and an unapologetic,  Palestinian woman, wholeheartedly embracing the full spectrum of life, with its exhilarating highs, devastating lows, and everything in between. I’ve walked many paths, tried many things, and gathered a treasure trove of experiences and lessons along the way, that I am here to share.

My fascination for the human body began quite young, and eventually led me to getting a degree in Sports Medicine. The science of how we function, move, grow, and heal always excited me, but I’ve always been equally enthralled with the mind-body-spirit connection, and the mysteries that, until recently, were not easily explained by science- the intelligence of the universe, the wisdom of Mother Nature, and our connection to something far greater than ourselves.

I spent over 25 years in the corporate world, building a successful career in business development and customer relations. I achieved "success", hitting milestones, earning awards, and ticking all the “right” boxes. But my soul felt barren and my spirit craved more—a deeper sense of purpose and meaning. And that’s how I found yoga, or perhaps, when yoga found me, 20 years ago.

Yoga wasn’t just a new passion; it felt like a calling. It helped me discover and connect with my true self, beyond the roles and titles, the programs and conditioning.  It was just as much about unlearning deeply engrained behavior patterns and belief systems, that I didn't even know were there. I discovered the depth of this beautiful ancient practice.  It’s about learning to listen to the body, honor its signals, and align with the rhythm of nature.  It's about using our breath to navigate our emotions and explore our souls.  It's about finding strength in vulnerability, peace in chaos, and wisdom in our everyday lives and experiences.  It's about self-acceptance, not self-improvement.

I am extremely curious by nature and have often stepped out of my comfort zone, to explore, experience, and evolve.  Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in diverse complementary healing modalities—NLP, EFT, Reiki, sound healing, Vipassana and dynamic meditation, shamanic breathwork, grief coaching, and even plant medicines and psychedelics. I believe that growth happens when we’re willing to dive into the unknown and embrace both the adventure and the uncertainty that come with it.

Today, I’ve dedicated my life to guiding others on their own journeys of self-discovery and transformation. I’ve been teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork for over 17 years, working with people from all walks of life—from pregnant mothers and menopausal warriors to corporate professionals and spiritual seekers. I’ve led women’s circles, hosted immersions, and created spaces where people feel free to be themselves, without judgment or expectation.

I’m here to share what I know from my own lived experience—not from a place of perfection, but from a place of openness, honesty, vulnerability, and genuine curiosity. I promise I will not try to teach anything I have not experienced first hand myself.  My approach is simple: keep it real, keep it grounded, and keep it accessible. I’m not about frills or pretenses—I’m about creating a space where everyone can explore their inner world with courage, compassion, and a sense of adventure.

I believe in the power of community, connection, and the idea that we’re all just walking each other home. If you’re ready to dive deep, explore, and maybe even get a little messy along the way, I’m here to walk beside you, every step of the journey.

Because, in the end, life is not about arriving; it’s about the beautiful, unpredictable, wondrous journey that gets us there.

—With love and light, Rana

Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self!

Rana is an incredible yoga teacher.  Her classes completely transformed my life. My life before yoga was very challenging and stressful, as I was coming to terms with my son being diagnosed as autistic.....
