What I do

 I have been teaching group and individual yoga classes for over 17 years.   With a deep-rooted faith in the transformative nature of yoga and its ability to awaken the body, mind, and spirit, I focus not only on the physical aspect of yoga, but also on the connection with our energetic and elemental (chakras), mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies as well, through yoga postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mindfulness practices.

My approach is rooted in inclusivity and compassion, creating a safe and nurturing space for people to explore their inner landscapes. I tailor my teachings to meet the unique needs and aspirations of each individual, encouraging a sense of belonging and acceptance within my classes.
